Luis came on time, didn’t ask any question How it happened, looked at the situation. Then, went back to his truck to get his tools and new unit. Started working a great job, at once, and was done in 45 minutes or less. I was very satisfied with his professionism.

Juan came in was very professional. However, dispatch staff did not contact with me that he would be delayed when it was agreed that he would be here between 10-2pm. When it was close to 2pm and called and the young lady told me , she thought he was already here. After contacting Choice to get clarification on his arrival, Juan called me and stated he was an hour away still completing another job. It was more the lack of communication with the dispatch staff that could have contacted me informing of the delay.

Sara and Chuck were great communicators. Chuck arrived right when he said he would and was extremely thorough. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why and was super patient w our two curious kids. I would definitely recommend their services again!

After 1 month and 2 plumbers making excuses not to do work Charles came with no hesitation. He was quick, clean, explained everything and got the job done . I was so happy he was able to resolve my clogged pipe line. I can’t thank him enough, he gave me hope there are still good people with good work ethic.

I got a technician with a character that has a bad attitude and I really wouldn't like to be helped by him again. His name is Mauricio. I waited a long time for them to fix my problem. He didn't even want to close the door. He wanted me to call the city so they could send someone to close it. He called his office and they told him to do it himself. He went to buy parts that he needed and he didn't pay attention to let us know that he was going out. He left the door next door open and the garage door as well. I had to call the company to find out if he was going to come back.

We were assigned 1st Response through Home Warranty of America (HWA) to help us with some leaks in our home and Luis was the technician that came out to us. He had great communication skills and gave us a heads up when he was 30 minutes out. He came by, fixed everything within around 1 hour, and also tried helping us with getting our water heater replacement covered by them as well but HWA did not bite on that. Great technician (front office could do better though and say he mostly speaks Spanish as in very little English, if my wife wasn't there I would have had to rely on translating everything). This seems to be a common theme for this company that their front office is not the greatest, but their technicians are, but honestly as long as you get a competent laborer I'll deal with some not so bright coordinators.
